Discord Information:

• Discord user ID (numeric identifier)
• Discord username
• Server/guild ID where Bot is used

1.2 Information We Do NOT Collect

We do NOT collect:

• ❌ Your real name (unless you include it in trade notes)
• ❌ Email address (unless you contact us directly)
• ❌ Brokerage login credentials
• ❌ Brokerage account numbers or identifiers
• ❌ Social Security Numbers
• ❌ Credit card or payment information
• ❌ Personal messages or DMs (except commands you send to the Bot)

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to:

• Provide Bot Functionality: Track and store your trades, calculate portfolio statistics, generate reports
• AI-Powered Features: Analyze your portfolio, answer questions about your trades, provide educational content
• Service Improvement: Debug technical issues, improve features, develop new functionality

AI Analysis

Only anonymized trade data (symbols, strikes, dates, amounts) is sent to AI providers (Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, etc.) to generate portfolio insights and educational responses. Your Discord username, user ID, and account names are NOT shared with AI providers.

AI providers process data according to their privacy policies. We do not train AI models on your data.

3. Data Storage and Security

• Trade data is stored in a database on our server
• Data is stored indefinitely unless you request deletion

• AI/LLM Providers: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT models) - Only anonymized trade data (symbols, strikes, dates, amounts) is shared for analysis. No usernames, Discord IDs, or account names are shared.
• Market Data Providers: yfinance, Finnhub, Alpha Vantage - Only stock symbols are sent to fetch market data. NO personal data or trade data is shared.

What We Do NOT Share

We do NOT:

• ❌ Sell your data to third parties
• ❌ Share your data with advertisers
• ❌ Use your data for marketing purposes
• ❌ Share Discord usernames or user IDs with AI providers
• ❌ Share trade data with market data providers
• ❌ Publicly disclose your trading activity
